Isn't this sign quite suspicious?
Doesn't it look kinda familiar?
Like you have seen it somewhere.....
Are you able to recall??
If you're thinking what I'm thinking, you're probably thinking of
You have probably heard of Fujiko F. Fujio Museum - the author of our favourite clumpsy blue robot cat from the future - yup, that's right, Doraemon. Debuted in 1969, the character instantly rose to stardom. 50 years have passed, yet Doraemon and his adventures with Nobita still hold a prominent position in the Japanese manga-animation culture.
In celebration of its 50-year anniversary (or at least, that's my speculation), Noborito station (an interchange railway station at the Noborito neighbourhood of Tama-ku, Kawasaki, Japan) put on new outfits.
That's right, even the toilet is Doraemon-themed, along side with his little sister Doraemi.
Honestly, i am flabbergasted by the absolute kewtness of this station. (not to mention, how creative and well-designed they are).
From the station sign, vending machine, to the elevator door, every object screams nostalgia and excitement
Out of everything, this one is my absolute favourite :
Doraemon-themed waiting chair

Imagine yourself waiting for the next train that leaves in an hour, lounging around in the waiting room just to find yourself awkwardly locking eyes with the passenger sitting opposite you.
Well worry no more, as this seat will make your grin with delight. Idling around doesn't sound so bad when you do it with Doraemon.
To be honest I am more willing to fight with other people over this darn beautiful chair.
If you're in Japan, around this time, DO give this station a visit. I don't know how long it would last for, but my guess is it's gonna be here for a while.
If you're going to Fujiko F. Fujio Museum, you will indubitably have to make a stop at Noborito station. Hop on a train and follow the crowd, they will lead you straight to the spot.
